EXCHANGE POLICY
Ensuring the perfect product is our priority! If you find that the product you ordered doesn't match your expectations, don't worry!
• Apologies, currently we do not provide pick-up services for exchange requests. You will need to arrange for the manual courier of the product.
• To exchange the item(s), Mail us to - queries@triprindia.com with your Order ID and mentioning the reason for exchange.
• Exchange requests will not be accepted after seven days from the date of receiving the product.
• Our dedicated team will review your request within 24-48 hours and they will share you the address to which you have to send the courier.
• once you have send the order back to us please share us the photo copy of courier receipt to the same mail id - queries@triprindia.com so that our team can track and evaluate accordingly.
• Please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
• Upon receiving your parcel, we'll promptly dispatch the requested product(s) to the same address used for placing the order.
• Items bought in the Clearance Sale Collection/Page are not eligible for exchange.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We are sorry that we made you think about Return! Our hassle-free refund and return policy ensures your satisfaction is our top priority.

• To Return the product(s), please write an email to us at queries@triprindia.com mentioning the order ID and other order details.
• Return requests will not be accepted after seven days from the date of receiving the product.
• Products Priced ₹99 and below will not be applicable for Refund/Return.
• Once the team approves your return request, you will be notified through the same email.
• Pack your order. All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and packed properly with the original packaging and tags.

• All costs associated with returning the item(s) to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable needs to be taken care by the customer.
• Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
• We will refund you the full amount within 10-15 business working days after the product(s) has been shipped from your end.
• The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made.
