• Please note that for the exchange process, you will have to pay a nominal charge of ₹100 at the time of reverse pickup.
• Exchange requests will not be accepted after seven days from the date of receiving the product.

• Our dedicated team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
• Your reverse Pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days of reviewing the request.
• Items bought in the Clearance Sale Collection/Page are not eligible for exchange.
• Please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
• Upon receiving your parcel, we'll promptly dispatch the requested product(s) to the same address used for placing the order.

Return/Refund Policy:
We are sorry that we made you think about Return! Our hassle-free refund and return policy ensures your satisfaction is our top priority.
• Apologies, but currently, we do not provide pick-up services for return requests. You will need to arrange for the manual courier of the product.
• To Return the product(s), please write an email to us at mentioning the order ID and other order details.
• Return requests will not be accepted after seven days from the date of receiving the product.
• Once the team approves your return request, you will be notified through the same email.
• Pack your order. All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and packed properly with the original packaging and tags.

• Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
• We will refund you the full amount within 10-15 business working days after the product(s) has been shipped from your end.
• The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made.
