RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

                                          We are sorry that we made you think about Return/Exchange.

We will refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Ten (15) days after the product has been delivered,

In case if you feel that the T-Shirt/other apparel is not the right fit for you, you can return/exchange it with the next required size.

  • In order to get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Ten (15) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
  • Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible.
  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 4-5 working days.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 To return/exchange a product follows the steps given below:-

  1. Fold the T-Shirt and put it in a cover.
  2. Take a small white paper, write down your order number and required size for an exchange and place it inside the same cover.
  3. Send the parcel to the below address

  1. Once you courier the parcel please email us the order number to queries@triprindia.com / bliveclothingstore@gmail.com.

Once we receive the parcel we will send you the requested T Shirt/other apparel size to the same address used while the order was placed. In case of return, we will refund the full amount to your bank account/paytm wallet.

Note - Courier charges for sending the product back to us has to be borne by the customer. Sorry! We don't have a reverse pickup facility which we are working hard to fix it soon.

NO Return No Exchange For Clearance sales :-
                            Items bought in Clearance sales are not eligible for any return and exchange. But if you have received damaged item from our side, then you can reach out to our customer care number (+91 9790562999 / +91 7339683803) Our team will look into the issue to resolve it.
